The location was PERFECT. It was easy to walk to the center and public transport. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. The hosts responded whenever I contacted them.

Self-check-in was COMPLETELY not working. I had to call their support line, and it put me through a loop. It was frustrating. I waited for AGES.

the location was excellent. it was close to the royal palace (i visited it twice!), the park and also near the ibsen museum. i found a couple of bakeries close by too. the bed was comfortable.

the check in felt confusing. the room seemed like it was not properly cleaned. the bedding did not look fresh. (i expected a bit more). the shower doors kept opening. water went everywhere.
